Despatch and Delivery Policy
Our policy is to despatch most products within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We are manufacturers and most of our products are manufactured to order, so to enable this to happen we carry large stocks of materials and anticipate demand to maintain these levels. If we should ever have a problem with stock for your product, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or give you an indication as to how long the delay will be.
We hope you will be happy with your shopping experience from any of The Sign and Print Centre’s web sites. However we know that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan so if you do have a problem, we’ll try our best to get it sorted as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible.
